What is HOPES Thru HOMES mission?

Through strategic partnerships with non-profit charitable organizations HOPE Thru HOMES mission is to lift up and support local communities and give back through the buying and selling of real estate- making the biggest transaction of your life have the biggest impact possible.

How much does this cost?

HOPE Thru HOMES is a free service to all of our partner organizations! It is also free to your members. HOPE Thru HOMES was designed to be a Win-Win-Win-Win situation where the non-profit wins by getting a donation, the member wins by getting world class service and helping the cause that they care about, the Realtor wins by helping another satisfied client find the home of their dreams, and finally HOPE Thru HOMES wins by helping bring people together to make our community a better place.

What kind of organizations do you partner with?

HOPE Thru HOMES partners with any non-profit organization including religious organizations, arts programs, special needs organizations, homeless shelters, food banks, housing assistance programs, animal shelters, educational institutions, schools and many more…If you are giving back to your community we want to partner with you!

What if I have a Realtor? Do you I have to use yours?

With HOPE Thru HOMES you can work with any Realtor that you want. We will pair you with any Realtor of your choice! We know and trust Sotheby’s International Realty, so we use them often, but we are happy to help find you the perfect Realtor for you. If you are working with a Realtor you can ask them if they would be willing to be a part of this program. If you have signed a "Buyer’s Agency Agreement”, which is a specific document that your Realtor should have gone over with you, you may not be able to use the program. Most people do not sign these documents so if you have already been working with a Realtor and have not signed this agreement just ask them if they will work with the HOPE Thru HOMES program.

What are the benefits of partnering with HOPE Thru HOMES?

HOPE Thru HOMES will donate 80% of its referral commission to its partner organizations. HOPE Thru HOMES is a referral based real estate program. Buyers or sellers agents will split approximately 25% of their commission with us for the opportunity to work with our clients. This is a common practice amongst Realtors and they do this all of the time with each other. HOPE Thru HOMES formalizes this process for the greater good of the community. On average $300-$400 of every $100,000 will go to our partner organizations.
